How it Started

Our story began in 2016 when our founder Leslie Alacbay was looking for unique, charming, and high-quality items to purchase for gifts and for herself. She felt the products being offered in department and retail stores were neither interesting or delightful. The search was on.

Her quest led her to discover a community of artists, artisans, and hand-makers offering beautiful, high-quality jewelry, accessories, and home goods, and she knew she had found what she was looking for. Feeling sure that there were others who would love these items too, she decided to shine a spotlight on these talented makers and their unique offerings, and jules + kate was born.

At jules + kate we feature products made by artisans and hand-makers from all across the United States. From jewelry handmade in Arkansas and Virginia, to bags hand-sewn in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, to candles hand-poured in Tennessee, there’s a story behind each piece and a maker eager to share their craft with the world.

Shipping

Most orders ship the same or day after we receive it via USPS Priority Mail. A flat shipping fee of $5.95 will be charged on orders of $59.99 or less. Orders of $60 or more receive FREE SHIPPING!

 

Returns

Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be unused with tags still attached to be eligible for exchange or refund. Used items will not be accepted for return. 

 

To make a return, please contact customer service at service@julesandkate.com to request a prepaid, pre-addressed mailing label. Affix the label to your package, and be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label. No postage is required, however, a $8.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
